Equal opportunities
One of the Foundation's priorities, it covers all the actions taken to promote equal opportunities and diversity for students, including access to scholarships. It accounts for 85% of donations received by the Foundation.
The Foundation considers the funding of social scholarships to be a priority, because financial constraints should no longer be an obstacle to the ambitions and aspirations of the most modest students with the required skills. In collaboration with the school's Wellness department, the Foundation has therefore set up scholarship programmes to promote equal opportunities and social diversity.
To ensure fair treatment, all scholarship applications must be sent to the following email address: wellness@em-normandie.fr
Our aim is to ensure that no motivated student who meets the criteria is unable to continue their studies at the school, with the training programme suited to their future projects, because of their personal situation.

"After an obstacle course to obtain a student loan, I was able to benefit from the Foundation's exceptional scholarship in 2023. It gave me a chance to breathe a sigh of relief after a tough year full of obstacles. Now at the end of my M2 in Marketing Strategy and Business Development, I'm doing my work-study track at Sanofi as a CSR Project Manager. It's a subject that brings together all my convictions and aspirations.

"It was in 2017, during my oral in the EM Normandie admissions test, that I heard about the EM Normandie Foundation's merit scholarship. This was a real driving factor in choosing this Business School."

"To get into EM Normandie Business School, I applied for a government-backed bank loan. At the same time, I was working part-time in a restaurant, so the scholarship was a bit of a lifesaver because I had no way of paying for all my years of study. It really was a great help.

‘Deserving students‘ scholarship offers financial compensation to students with CROUS scholarships who demonstrate academic excellence at EM Normandie Business School for the previous year.
It aims to provide one-off support to students facing a financial emergency. The Foundation partially finances the School's Emergency Aid Fund, offering immediate help to students.
It is awarded in addition to legal social aid to cover the tuition fees of a student who has suffered a setback since starting at EM Normandie, resulting in a clear loss of income.
Set up in 2022-2023, this scholarship aims to support EM Normandie's policy of international openness by helping students in financial difficulty to carry out their academic expatriation.
Student scholarship award ceremony
Every year since 2023, the EM Normandie Business School Foundation has organised a scholarship award ceremony on the Paris campuses in Clichy. This event celebrates the exemplary careers of its scholarship students and is an opportunity to thank donors for their commitment to equal opportunities within the EM Normandie Business School community. It's an opportunity for donors and scholarship holders to share their thoughts and experiences during a convivial evening, which ends with a friendly drink.
