The EM Normandie Business School Foundation awards professors-researchers for the first time
The EM Normandie Business School Foundation took advantage of the 2019 graduation ceremony to present the prizes for the Academic Excellence challenge. This competition, which we initiated, aims to reward the exceptional activities and initiatives of EM Normandie Business School professor-researchers in the fields of research and educational innovation.

"The EM Normandie Business School Foundation supports the school's development in three main areas of study in line with its values and commitments: equal opportunities, academic excellence and innovation and entrepreneurship. The award of prizes for educational innovation and research at the graduation ceremony is a concrete expression of the work carried out by our association, highlighting original initiatives with high added value for practitioners and students alike’.
The prize for pedagogical innovation was awarded to Aude Rychalski, assistant professor of marketing at EM Normandie Business School, and Patrick Loux, assistant professor of strategic management, for their Cross-Master's challenge.
Cross-Master is a challenge organised in collaboration with the Union Française des Métiers de l'Évènement (UNIMEV). It challenges students in the ‘International Events Management’ and ‘Digital Strategy and Innovation’ main areas of study to work in mixed teams to develop sustainable relationship strategies for real companies using digital technologies.
