A RICH AND DIVERSE CAREER PATH
Graduating in 1996, Carole Dufey is a proud ambassador of the Class of 125. Her career path is both rich and varied, with extensive experience in commerce and management, ranging from sector manager to CEO. She has worked in various sectors such as tobacco, hospitality, youth press, and film distribution. Specializing in finance, fluent in English, and with experience in human resources at a major corporation, she has strengthened her skills in management and talent development. These experiences have allowed her to build strong relationships and a great ability to unite people around projects, qualities that have led her to actively support the School and its initiatives today, including joining the Alumni Network's board.
A STRONG COMMITMENT TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
Convinced that diversity is a strength, Carole encourages the Foundation to play an active role in the School’s social openness. "I had a career in commerce and management, and at some point, I felt the need to give back to the school. I am a passionate advocate for equal opportunities, regardless of students’ projects, backgrounds, or aspirations." As a donor to the Foundation, Carole wants to make higher education more accessible to all talents. "Studies are already demanding enough; it is crucial to support students so they can focus on their success."
A CALL TO THE ALUMNI COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT THE FOUNDATION
Carole also contributed to the School's reaccreditations over the past two years, an experience that allowed her to perceive the importance of the Foundation pillar for the future of EM Normandie. She is now calling on all alumni to get involved: "There are not enough Alumni contributing yet. We need to take it to the next level to enhance the quality of our school and our Foundation. We must go further!"
